  3. eye swelling, skin wrinkling , bluish color, great thirst, reduced urination
  4. CAUSES. Vibro cholerae which is transmitted via contaminated food or water
  5. produce a bacterium that causes an acute infection. This is rare in the USA.
  6. TREATMENT. Fluids are essential. Antibiotics may be prescribed.
